TRUE HUSTLE PRODUCTIONS
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: May 22, 2026
True Hustle Productions provides creative media, video editing, branding, social media content, AI-enhanced creative visuals, and digital production services. Because our services require time, planning, creative labour, editing, design work, and production preparation, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the policy below.
By purchasing a service, paying a deposit, approving a quote, or working with True Hustle Productions, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your project and begin production. Unless otherwise stated in writing, True Hustle Productions requires a 50% deposit before work begins.
Deposits are used to reserve production time, begin project preparation, review client materials, plan the creative direction, and start the service process.
Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable.
Final Payment
Final payment is due before final files, completed deliverables, editable files, scheduled posts, or project materials are released.
True Hustle Productions may withhold final files, pause delivery, or delay publishing until the remaining balance is paid in full.
Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are not provided once work has started, drafts have been created, or final files have been delivered.
This applies to promotional video editing, short-form reels editing, social media content creation, YouTube thumbnail design, flyer and promotional graphic design, logo animation, AI-enhanced creative visuals, social media scheduling support, branding and digital media services, and creative add-on services.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for a change of mind after payment has been made and work has started.
Clients are responsible for reviewing service details, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and project requirements before submitting payment.
Client Delays
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required materials, feedback, approvals, account access, or payment, the project timeline may be delayed.
Client delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Required materials may include logos, photos, videos, product images, brand information, captions, messaging, creative direction, social media handles, or account access.
Cancellations by Client
A client may cancel a project by providing written notice.
If cancellation happens before work has started, True Hustle Productions may review the request and determine whether a partial refund is available, minus any payment processing fees, preparation time, or administrative costs.
If cancellation happens after work has started, the deposit and any payments made for completed or partially completed work are non-refundable.
Cancellations by True Hustle Productions
True Hustle Productions reserves the right to cancel or pause a project if payment is not received, the client does not provide required materials, the client does not respond within a reasonable time, the client requests work outside the original scope, the client requests illegal or inappropriate content, the client becomes abusive or unprofessional, or the project becomes materially different from what was agreed.
If True Hustle Productions cancels a project without cause, any refund will be based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Revisions and Refunds
Creative services may include a set number of revisions depending on the service purchased.
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the existing approved direction. It does not include a full redesign, new concept, new creative direction, new footage after editing has started, new script, or a major change to the original scope.
Refunds are not provided because the client wants additional revisions beyond what was included. Extra revisions may require an additional fee.
Final Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts, previews, captions, graphics, videos, and final deliverables carefully before approval.
Once a project is approved, any additional changes may be treated as a new revision or new project and may require an additional fee.
Monthly Recurring Services
Monthly recurring services, including social media scheduling or ongoing content support, are billed before the new service month begins.
To cancel a recurring monthly service, clients must provide at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing period.
If cancellation notice is not provided at least 14 days before the next billing period, the client may still be responsible for the upcoming month’s payment.
No partial-month refunds are provided once the monthly service period has started.
Missed Payments
If payment is missed, late, reversed, disputed, or declined, True Hustle Productions may pause service, stop scheduling content, withhold files, delay delivery, or cancel the project until payment is resolved.
Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be non-refundable.
Refunds, when approved, may be reduced by any non-refundable processing fees, administrative costs, or completed work.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact True Hustle Productions directly before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened after work has started or services have been delivered, True Hustle Productions may provide records of the agreement, payment, project communication, drafts, approvals, and completed work to the payment processor.
No Guarantee of Marketing Results
True Hustle Productions does not provide refunds based on marketing performance.
We do not guarantee sales, leads, followers, engagement, views, viral results, ad approval, platform growth, search ranking, or revenue.
