This Refund Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by True Hustle Productions.

1. Service-Based Work

True Hustle Productions provides digital services including branding design, video editing, short-form video production, and social media content creation. Because our services involve time, creative work, and digital deliverables, refunds are handled differently than physical product purchases.

2. Deposits

A deposit may be required before work begins depending on the service selected.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Deposits cover time spent on project preparation, creative planning, and production scheduling.

3. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project before work has begun and may be eligible for a refund of their deposit.

If a project is canceled after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Completed Services

Once a project has been completed and final deliverables have been provided, the service is considered fulfilled and refunds will not be issued.

5. Revisions

Minor revisions may be included depending on the service package selected. If the client is not satisfied with certain elements of the project, revision requests may be submitted within the agreed scope of work.

Additional revisions or changes beyond the original project scope may require additional fees.

6. Client-Provided Materials

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content and materials required for their project. True Hustle Productions is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete materials.

7. Digital Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital content and creative services, once files are delivered they cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds.

8. Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about a project or service, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. We encourage open communication to address concerns before initiating payment disputes.
