How many revisions do I get?
Each package includes a defined revision limit — typically two to three rounds. Additional revision rounds are billed at a flat rate per round, agreed before work restarts.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a consolidated set of changes submitted in one feedback round. Scope changes — new deliverables, added services, or format shifts — are not revisions; they are amendments with separate pricing.
How fast will my project be delivered?
Standard turnaround times are listed per package and typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on project scope and service type.
Project timelines begin once payment or deposit requirements are met, project details are confirmed, and all required project assets have been received.

Can I book a rush timeline?
Rush production slots are available at a rate premium. Slots are limited — note your deadline in the project brief when you submit. We confirm availability before charging.
Is a deposit required to start?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before production begins on any project. This secures your slot and covers initial planning, asset review, and the first production phase.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. No exceptions. We send an invoice once revisions are approved and the project is ready for handoff.
What if my scope changes mid-project?
Scope changes pause the current timeline. We quote the amendment, you approve it, and production resumes. Changes do not roll into the original package price.
Are there refunds if I cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable once production has started. If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may apply. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Who owns the final deliverables?
Full ownership transfers to you upon receipt of final payment. Until then, all files remain the property of True Hustle Productions. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio.
How do I receive my files?
Final files are delivered via a shared drive link in the formats specified in your package. Source files are available as an add-on; export-ready finals are included by default.
Do you use AI in production?
Yes — AI tools accelerate specific production tasks like asset generation, color work, and layout iteration. Every strategic decision — concept, direction, structure — is made by our team, not automated.
Will my project stay confidential?
All project materials are handled confidentially. If you require an NDA before sharing assets, request one in your project brief and we'll execute it before production begins.
