Project Start
Projects begin after payment requirements have been met, project details are confirmed, and required client materials have been received.

Project timelines begin when True Hustle Productions has the information, materials, and access needed to begin production.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, creative direction, project materials, approvals, feedback, and required access needed to complete the service.

Clients are also responsible for making sure they have permission to use any content they provide, including logos, photos, videos, music, brand assets, customer images, testimonials, or third-party materials.

Creative Direction & Scope
Clients are encouraged to provide examples, references, branding direction, messaging preferences, captions, style preferences, and project goals before production begins.

Requests that significantly change the approved creative direction, deliverables, or project scope may require timeline adjustments or additional fees.

Turnaround Times
Estimated timelines vary depending on project complexity, service type, client response time, required materials, and production workload.

Delivery timelines may be affected by delayed materials, late approvals, account access issues, technical limitations, platform issues, or requests outside the approved scope.

Rush delivery may be available depending on project availability.

Revisions
Included revisions vary by service.

Revisions are intended to refine the approved creative direction through reasonable adjustments to content, timing, layout, visuals, captions, or messaging.

Major redesigns, new concepts, new creative direction, additional deliverables, or work outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Drafts & Approvals

Final Delivery
Final deliverables are released after payment requirements have been satisfied.

Clients are responsible for downloading and storing delivered files.

Editable Files & Source Files
Unless specifically included in the purchased service, source files, editable files, raw footage, working files, internal templates, unused concepts, AI prompt systems, and production workflows are not included.

Requests for editable files or source materials may require additional fees.

Social Media Scheduling & Platform Access
Services involving social media scheduling or account support may require platform access, login permissions, captions, hashtags, content approvals, and scheduling instructions.

Clients remain responsible for account ownership, account security, platform permissions, password changes, verification issues, and platform compliance.

File Retention

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their final deliverables.

True Hustle Productions does not guarantee engagement, sales, leads, followers, views, viral performance, platform growth, search ranking, or business results.
