True Hustle Productions provides creative media, video editing, branding, social media content, AI-enhanced creative visuals, and digital production services. This Service Policy explains how our creative process works, what clients are responsible for, how timelines and revisions are handled, and how final deliverables are provided.
By purchasing a service, paying a deposit, approving a quote, submitting project materials, or working with True Hustle Productions, you agree to this Service Policy.
Services Provided
True Hustle Productions offers creative and digital media services, including promotional video editing, short-form reels editing, social media content creation, YouTube thumbnail design, flyer and promotional graphic design, logo animation, AI-enhanced creative visuals, social media scheduling support, branding support, and creative add-on services.
The exact service, price, timeline, deliverables, revision allowance, and project requirements will be confirmed through a quote, invoice, proposal, payment page, email confirmation, or written agreement.
Project Start
A project begins only after payment or deposit has been received, the service details have been confirmed, and the required client materials have been submitted.
Project timelines do not begin from the first inquiry. Timelines begin once True Hustle Productions has everything needed to start the work.
This may include payment, logos, photos, videos, product images, brand information, captions, messaging, creative direction, platform details, account access, or any other materials required for the service.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, clear instructions, required materials, feedback, approvals, and access needed to complete the project.
Clients must provide materials in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts, previews, captions, videos, graphics, and final deliverables before approval.
Clients must confirm that any photos, videos, music, logos, brand assets, fonts, testimonials, product images, or other materials they provide are owned by them or that they have permission to use them.
True Hustle Productions is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, or ownership issues caused by client-provided materials.
Project Materials
Client materials may include logos, photos, videos, product images, brand colours, social media handles, website links, business information, captions, creative direction, music preferences, product details, customer images, staff images, and any other files required for the project.
If materials are incomplete, low quality, missing, delayed, or unsuitable for the requested service, the project timeline may be delayed.
If additional work is required to fix, recreate, resize, edit, clean up, or replace client materials, additional fees may apply.
Creative Direction
Clients are encouraged to provide examples, inspiration, brand guidelines, preferred style, colour preferences, music direction, captions, or messaging before the project begins.
Once creative direction is approved and work has started, major changes to the creative direction may require an additional fee.
A major change includes requesting a new concept, new style, new script, new footage direction, new design direction, or a full restart after production has begun.
Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times depend on the service selected, project complexity, client response time, and receipt of required materials.
True Hustle Productions will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated timeline, but timelines may change due to delayed client materials, delayed approvals, late payments, platform issues, third-party tools, technical problems, or requests outside the original scope.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.
Revisions
Some services include a set number of revisions. The number of included revisions will be listed in the service description, quote, invoice, proposal, payment page, or written agreement.
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the existing approved direction.
Revisions may include small text changes, minor timing changes, simple layout adjustments, minor visual changes, or small edits to the existing project.
A revision does not include a full redesign, new creative direction, new concept, new script, new footage after editing has started, new design direction, new branding direction, or additional deliverables not included in the original service.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount may require an additional fee.
Scope Changes
Only the services and deliverables confirmed in writing are included.
Requests outside the approved scope may require an additional fee.
Scope changes may include additional reels, additional graphics, extra video edits, new concepts, new versions, new formats, extra platform sizes, rush work, additional AI visuals, extra scheduling support, or major revisions after work has started.
True Hustle Productions will notify the client if a request falls outside the original scope before completing the additional work.
Drafts and Previews
Drafts and previews may be provided for review before final delivery.
Drafts and previews are for review purposes only and may include watermarks, lower-resolution files, preview links, or temporary formats.
Drafts, previews, unused concepts, and unfinished work may not be used, posted, shared, edited, or distributed unless True Hustle Productions gives written permission.
Final Approval
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all drafts, previews, captions, graphics, videos, and final deliverables before approval.
Once a client approves a project, any additional changes may be treated as a new revision or new project and may require an additional fee.
Approval may be given by email, text message, form submission, written confirmation, or another agreed communication method.
Final Delivery
Final deliverables are released after full payment has been received.
Deliverables may be sent by email, cloud storage link, download link, social media scheduling platform, or another agreed delivery method.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their final files after delivery.
True Hustle Productions is not responsible for storing final files indefinitely after the project is complete.
File Storage
True Hustle Productions may store project files temporarily after completion but is not required to keep files permanently.
Raw files, editable files, source files, project files, Canva templates, editing timelines, AI prompts, design working files, and unused concepts are not included unless clearly stated in writing.
If a client requests file retrieval, re-exporting, resizing, re-delivery, or access to archived files after the project is complete, additional fees may apply.
Source Files and Editable Files
Final deliverables are included according to the service purchased.
Source files and editable files are not automatically included.
This may include editing project files, Canva templates, Photoshop files, Illustrator files, Premiere Pro files, CapCut files, design files, raw footage, unused drafts, AI prompt structures, or internal production files.
If editable files or source files are requested, they must be requested in advance and may require an additional fee.
Social Media Scheduling
If the client purchases social media scheduling support, True Hustle Productions may schedule approved content to the agreed platforms.
The client is responsible for providing captions, hashtags, approvals, platform access, login details, images, videos, and scheduling instructions when required.
True Hustle Productions is not responsible for account restrictions, login issues, platform outages, password changes, account suspensions, verification issues, or changes to social media platform rules.
Social media scheduling does not guarantee sales, followers, engagement, views, reach, leads, or viral results.
Account Access
If account access is required, the client is responsible for providing proper access and making sure they have authority to grant access.
True Hustle Productions will only use access for the agreed service.
Clients remain responsible for the security of their accounts, passwords, admin permissions, and platform settings.
Clients may remove access after the service is complete.
AI-Enhanced Creative Visuals
Some services may include AI-generated or AI-enhanced visuals.
AI visuals are creative assets and may not perfectly represent real people, real products, packaging, logos, text, hands, faces, body details, branded items, or physical features.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-enhanced visuals before use.
True Hustle Productions does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-enhanced visuals will be accepted by every platform, marketplace, advertiser, or third-party system.
Music, Stock Assets, and Third-Party Materials
Some projects may use music, stock video, stock images, fonts, templates, editing tools, AI tools, or third-party creative assets.
True Hustle Productions will make reasonable efforts to use appropriate assets for the project.
If a client provides music, images, videos, logos, fonts, or third-party materials, the client confirms they have permission to use them.
True Hustle Productions is not responsible for copyright, licensing, trademark, or platform claims caused by client-provided materials.
Portfolio Use
Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins, True Hustle Productions may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, marketing materials, and promotional content.
This may include final videos, reels, graphics, thumbnails, logo animations, AI-enhanced visuals, screenshots, or completed creative work.
Private login details, payment details, personal contact information, and confidential client information will not be intentionally shared in portfolio materials.
Confidential Projects
If a client does not want their project shared publicly, they must request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.
Confidentiality requests made after work has already been posted or shared may not apply retroactively.
True Hustle Productions will make reasonable efforts to respect approved confidentiality requests.
No Guarantee of Results
True Hustle Productions provides creative services designed to support branding, visibility, content creation, and marketing.
True Hustle Productions does not guarantee sales, leads, followers, engagement, views, reach, revenue, viral content, ad approval, search ranking, platform growth, or customer inquiries.
Marketing results depend on many factors outside of our control.
Client Communication
Clients are expected to respond to project questions, draft reviews, approval requests, and file requests within a reasonable time.
Delayed responses may delay the project timeline.
If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, True Hustle Productions may pause the project until communication resumes.
Paused or Inactive Projects
If a project is paused because the client does not provide materials, feedback, approvals, access, or payment, the project may be delayed or moved to a later production schedule.
If a client returns after a long delay, the project may need to be rescheduled based on current availability.
Additional fees may apply if the original project needs to be restarted, updated, revised, or rebuilt due to client delay.
Service Limitations
True Hustle Productions may decline or cancel projects that involve illegal, misleading, harmful, hateful, abusive, offensive, explicit, deceptive, or inappropriate content.
True Hustle Productions may also decline projects that fall outside our creative scope, availability, values, or business capacity.
Policy Updates
True Hustle Productions may update this Service Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Service Policy.
