Bookings & Payments
Some projects require a deposit before work begins. Projects are considered booked after payment requirements have been met and project details are confirmed. Final deliverables, completed files, scheduled content, and project materials are released after full payment has been received.

Project Timelines
Project timelines begin after payment, confirmed project details, and receipt of required client materials. Delays in approvals, materials, account access, feedback, or communication may affect delivery timelines.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, project materials, creative direction, and required access needed to complete the service. Clients must have permission to use any photos, videos, music, logos, brand assets, or other materials they provide. True Hustle Productions is not responsible for copyright, licensing, ownership, or privacy issues connected to client-provided content.

Revisions & Scope Changes
Included revisions vary by service. Reasonable revisions are intended to adjust the approved creative direction. Major changes, additional requests, new concepts, or work outside the original project scope may require additional fees.

Ownership & Usage Rights
Clients receive usage rights to approved final deliverables after full payment has been received. Source files, editable files, raw project files, internal templates, unused concepts, AI prompt systems, workflows, and production methods remain the property of True Hustle Productions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Portfolio Use
Completed work may be displayed in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, or promotional materials. Clients requesting confidentiality should communicate this before the project begins.

Third-Party Platforms & Tools
Some services may involve payment processors, editing software, AI tools, cloud storage, scheduling platforms, hosting providers, or social media platforms. True Hustle Productions is not responsible for outages, policy changes, platform restrictions, third-party service interruptions, or software limitations outside of our control.
