By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a service, paying a deposit, or working with True Hustle Productions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About True Hustle Productions

True Hustle Productions is a creative media studio that provides digital media and creative services for businesses, entrepreneurs, and brands.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

- Promotional video editing

- Short-form reels editing

- Social media content creation

- YouTube thumbnail design

- Flyer and promotional graphic design

- Logo animation

- AI-enhanced creative visuals

- Social media scheduling support

- Creative add-on services

- Branding and digital media support

Service details, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and project requirements may vary depending on the selected service or custom project agreement.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or misuse any website content, images, designs, text, graphics, service descriptions, templates, or materials belonging to True Hustle Productions without written permission.

All website content is owned by True Hustle Productions unless otherwise stated.

3. Service Inquiries and Project Requests

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that True Hustle Productions will accept the project.

True Hustle Productions reserves the right to decline any project that falls outside our scope, availability, values, creative direction, or business capacity.

Project details must be confirmed before work begins. This may include confirming the service, deliverables, price, deposit, timeline, revision allowance, client materials, and final delivery format.

4. Payments and Deposits

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are used to secure production time, begin project preparation, and reserve space in our production schedule.

Final payment must be received before final files, final deliverables, editable files, or completed materials are released.

If payment is not received, True Hustle Productions may pause work, delay delivery, withhold files, or cancel the project.

5. Recurring Monthly Services

Some services may be billed monthly, including social media scheduling or ongoing content support.

Recurring monthly services are billed prior to the new service month.

To cancel a recurring service, the client must provide at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing period.

No partial-month refunds are provided once a monthly service period has started.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, required materials, feedback, approvals, and access needed to complete the service.

Client materials may include:

- Logos

- Photos

- Video clips

- Product images

- Brand assets

- Business information

- Social media handles

- Creative direction

- Captions or messaging preferences

- Login access, if scheduling is included

- Any other files or details needed for the project

Clients confirm that they own or have permission to use all photos, videos, music, logos, brand assets, testimonials, product images, and other materials provided to True Hustle Productions.

True Hustle Productions is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, or licensing issues caused by client-provided materials.

7. Project Timelines

Turnaround times depend on the service selected, project complexity, client response time, and receipt of required materials.

A project timeline begins only after:

- Payment or deposit has been received

- Project details are confirmed

- Required materials are submitted

- Required access is provided, if needed

Delays in client materials, feedback, payment, approvals, or account access may delay the final delivery date.

8. Revisions

Some services may include minor revisions depending on the package or project agreement.

Minor revisions may include small changes to timing, text, layout, sequence, or visual adjustments that remain within the approved project direction.

Major changes may require an additional fee. This includes, but is not limited to:

- A new creative direction

- A new concept

- A full redesign

- New footage after editing has started

- New script or messaging

- Additional reels, graphics, or deliverables

- Changes requested after final approval

- Requests outside the original project scope

9. Final Approval and Delivery

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing drafts, previews, captions, graphics, videos, and final deliverables before approval.

Once a project is approved, any further changes may be billed as additional revisions or a new project.

Final files are released only after full payment has been received.

Deliverables may be provided by email, cloud storage link, download link, social media scheduling platform, or another agreed delivery method.

10. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

After full payment has been received, the client receives the right to use the final approved deliverables for their own business, brand, marketing, or promotional purposes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, True Hustle Productions retains ownership of:

- Draft concepts

- Unused ideas

- Source files

- Editable project files

- Editing timelines

- Internal templates

- Design systems

- AI prompt structures

- Production workflows

- Behind-the-scenes process files

Editable files, raw files, source files, or project files are not included unless clearly stated in the service agreement or purchased separately.

11. AI-Enhanced Creative Visuals

Some services may include AI-generated or AI-enhanced creative visuals.

Clients understand that AI-assisted visuals may not create perfect representations of real people, products, packaging, logos, hands, text, branded items, or physical details.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-enhanced visuals before use.

True Hustle Productions does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-enhanced content will be accepted by every platform, advertiser, marketplace, or third-party system.

12. Social Media Scheduling and Account Access

If a client purchases social media scheduling support, the client may be required to provide access to social media accounts, business pages, scheduling platforms, or related tools.

True Hustle Productions will use access only for the agreed service.

Clients remain responsible for account security, platform permissions, login issues, password changes, verification issues, account restrictions, and platform policy changes.

True Hustle Productions does not guarantee followers, sales, views, reach, engagement, leads, viral results, or platform growth.

13. No Guarantee of Results

True Hustle Productions provides creative services designed to support branding, content creation, visibility, and marketing.

However, we do not guarantee specific results, including:

- Sales

- Leads

- Followers

- Views

- Engagement

- Revenue

- Viral content

- Search ranking

- Ad approval

- Platform growth

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside of our control.

14. Portfolio Use

Unless a client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins, True Hustle Productions may display completed work for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, proposal, and promotional purposes.

This may include final videos, graphics, thumbnails, logo animations, AI-enhanced visuals, screenshots, or completed creative work.

Clients who do not want their work displayed must request confidentiality before the project starts.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

Digital services, creative work, video editing, design work, AI-enhanced visuals, and completed deliverables are generally not refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered.

16. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

True Hustle Productions may use third-party platforms, software, apps, stock assets, AI tools, editing tools, payment processors, cloud storage services, or scheduling platforms to provide services.

We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, file issues, payment processor delays, platform errors, or third-party service limitations.

17. Privacy

True Hustle Productions may collect personal and business information needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, process payments, communicate with clients, deliver projects, and maintain business records.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Hustle Productions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost business opportunities, platform restrictions, account issues, third-party service failures, or claims connected to client-provided materials.

True Hustle Productions’ total liability for any project-related claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

19. Updates to These Terms

True Hustle Productions may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the website or services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
